I am trying to find out about my great aunt. I know her first name, her husband's name B & D info, her 3 kids names and approximate DOB, but I can't find any more than that.

Any advice?

    Hello @RonaldGraham64

You could try locating the marriage of your great aunt. This may (depending where she was married) give you her parents names and her age and where she was residing.

Also consider if your great aunt re-married after her husband died.

Depending on the children's age and surname you may be able to connect with them via FaceBook.

Another avenue may be Electoral Rolls (depending on where they lived).

    regards

thank you Kerrebee for your quick response.

You could try locating the marriage of your great aunt. This may (depending where she was married) give you her parents names and her age and where she was residing. I tried locating their marriage, but could not find any marriage records for either the aunt or her husband. I do have her husband's complete parental information.

if your great aunt re-married after her husband died. Don't think so, they died within 6 months of each other

Depending on the children's age and surname you may be able to connect with them via FaceBook. I will try again to find them on FB. The first time I searched I found dozens of similar names but none were the correct person.

Another avenue may be Electoral Rolls (depending on where they lived). They lived in the two states of NH and Mass. I was not able to find electoral roll information online. Can you help me with this?

thank you again for your help!

    Hello @RonaldGraham64

I don't live in the USA so I had a look in the FamilySearch WIKI for New Hampshire. This is the URL

    https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/New_Hampshire_Online_Genealogy_Records

And this is the URL for WIKI page for Massachusetts -

    https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Massachusetts_Online_Genealogy_Records

I couldn't find Electoral rolls online - maybe someone else will read this and be able to fill us in.

I did notice there are newspaper archives to look up.

Other suggestions for finding your cousins could be to look at obituaries. Also family trees published on websites such as MyHeritage and Ancestry. Maybe one of your cousins has published a tree that contains your ancestors?

And then there is a DNA match through one of the big companies.

    Best wishes
