Is there a way to correct the record on here as he is a Mayflower ancestor? He did not die in Italy.

We cannot see what you are referring to here. If this record is found in a search at familysearch.org you likely will not be able to change the detail. However, if you have found this entered on a Family Tree page you can easily remove the incorrect entry and input the correct details of his death. However, please double-check to ensure there is no confusion of identity here - there are probably many "Charles Young" individuals of quite similar identity within Family Tree and it is very common for users to confuse one with another.
