Should [MSK7-JB5] be indexed? It does include some statistical information in some entries.

I am looking at a Lancashire batch [MSK7-JB5] to review. It has previously been marked as No, No Extractable Data. It looks like some kind of roster but several entries include death dates, child/parent relationships, and/or maiden and married names for some women. Since it is not in the standard form for baptisms, deaths, etc., I am not sure if I should include the information or not.
