Indexing birth record

I am working on a birth record that has 36 lines on it. It won't let me submit the batch because it is asking for lines 37 to 40 to be done, but these don't exist. What do I do?

You need to delete the unused entries. Click on the Trash Can Icon, select "all blank entries", click Delete.
