Today while looking for a baptism record I found this record: Why was the baptism location changed from the place he was baptised as shown on the original record, to a place that does not exist. He was baptised at Christ Church on Blakenall Heath-note spelling- it is not Blakenall Health.

From reading this I am not sure if your main point has to do with the spelling error / typo (Blakenall Health) on the "Wiki" page you have provided a link to, or the fact the IGI record shows the place as "Blakenhall Heath". There is also the point of whether the "Baptism Event Place" is incorrect, in showing "High Heath", which appears to be about 2 miles from Blakenall Heath and possibly has no connection to the event in question.

Unfortunately, errors are often made in the indexing / recording processes and it is not uncommon to find spelling errors and even contradictory detail like this.

Fortunately, the Catalog detail (at https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/573880?availability=Family%20History%20Library) appears to record things correctly. However, it appears FamilySearch has not put these images online, whereby the original detail could be confirmed.

Much indexing now is being done by machine.

I corrected the repeated typo on the wiki page: Health is now Heath.
