Hello,

If I see a name listed on US—City and Business Directories, 1749–1990 [Part B][MSPD-PMT] outside of the boundary page such as where some of the advertisements are listed around and outside of the whole page, do I index those, and where exactly do I index those names in my entries? At the beginning or end, or does it matter?

Thanks!

Good question; It does not matter when and where you index them, as long as you create an entry for those names on the sides of the images. Some people index them first other index them last when they have finished indexing all.

Click on the icon to add entries (next on the left to the garbage can/paper trash) to be able to create an entry, it will ask you where you'd like to create the entry, follow the instructions and you will be fine.

    Hope it helps🙂
