It may be helpful to share with the missionaries in your area that they should find out if their newly baptized member already has a FamilySearch account prior to helping them create a new Church Account to make donations and see the ward directory. When this happens, the member ends up with two accounts that cannot be merged. The member number is in the new account which doesn't have the Family History in it and the older account with all the Family History in it cannot see ordinances or facilitate the new member's temple work. And the accounts can't be merged. There are only two solutions: 1. Delete the new member account and add the member number to the member's FamilySearch account OR 2. Add/copy/upload manually the family history information from the member's original FamilySearch account to the new member account with the membership number so the member can use it to do Temple work. At that point, the original account can be deleted.
