Volga German family who lived in Saratov

I don't know where to start finding information on my Volga German family members with the last names of Wiegel, Gorr, and Praeger. They lived in Saratov. My grandfather was Gottfried Wiegel and my grandmother was Maria Elizabeth Gorr. They immigrated to the USA in May, 1912. How and where can I begin to look for their history? I don't know my great grandparents names on either side. 😕
