    Missed person when indexing

If I skip over a person and discover it at the end of the batch is there anyway to insert the name in the proper order without having to erase all the names and info that came after the omitted name?

      Hi Dawn

On the toolbar to the left of the trash icon there's another icon which looks like a stack of bricks, hover over it with your mouse and you will see that it says "add entries". First of all, you will need to be in the correct position in the batch where you need to insert a new record, i.e. the record before the new one you want to add.

      Hope this helps

      Maureen
