    Batch cannot be loaded

    I may have posted my question in the wrong place. So here it is again.


    Every time i try to load a batch on my iPad i get the below error.

    Batch Cannot Be Loaded

    The batch you are trying to load is not available. Please find another batch to work on. If the problem persists for a given project, try another project.

    Any ideas on how to resolve.

    I can load batch easily on my laptop and phone but not on iPad.

    could be an IOS version issue ?
