I have my dad in my tree online in 2 different places. How can I unlink where he in wrong place?I have him as same generation as my grandpa which is wron and I have where is son of my grandpa.

Are the ID numbers for your father the same, or different? If the ID numbers are different, then you need to merge the records as duplicates. https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-merge-duplicates-in-family-tree-by-id

Then, if your father is showing as a brother of your grandfather, you will need to remove him from that family.
