Where are the 3 dots on the Following List that allow you to see other followers?

I have been unable to find the 3 dots next to names on my Following list to get to the dropdown to see other followers. When I click on Family Tree, then Followers, it brings up my All Changes list. I then select Following to see my list of people I am following and can't find the 3 dots.
Attaching a screen shot of what I'm seeing.
Thanks for any assistance!

Short Answer: 'No'.
I HAVE; and, I DO; but, one NEVER "Influences", one just "Suggests" ...
It is up to 'FamilySearch' to DECIDE on the DIRECTION it takes ...
I am an experienced User/Patron, who, "Finds FAULTS / FLAWS"; and, "Tests" [ie. "Beta" ('Test') Environment; and, with some "Development"], advising 'FamilySearch' of such, with suggestions..
As to, "Expectations" ...
'Yes'; and, 'No' ...
'FamilySearch' is NOT a "Commercial" website with unlimited Funds/Resources.
▬ The Church is NOT a "For Profit" Company or Business
▬ There are many 'competing priorities' in "Family Tree" (and, the OTHER 'Parts') of 'FamilySearch'
▬ There are 'limited' funds and resources available to 'FamilySearch'
Some, in fact, a lot of the Work and Support in 'FamilySearch' is done by Volunteers.
I suggest/advise; but, now, choose to spent my valuable time, either, doing my own Genealogy (ie. "Temple and Family History", Work); or, as I am here, in this Forum, "Helping" Others do the same.
I do not, get too 'hung-up', on trying to "Influence"...
'FamilySearch', can; and, does, either, 'take it; or, leave it' ...
Of late, I have become some what pragmatic about it all ...
All in its own good time ...
Such is life ...
Brett
ps: As I said, 'been there, done that', many of us have ... but, that said, by all means ... go for it ...

FYI
You have to go to ...
"𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠"
https://www.familysearch.org/tree/following/
Then ...
"𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬"
[ ... on the 'right-hand' side of the page/screen ]
then ..
"𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐁𝐲"
then, select ...
"𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧"
Pictorially ...
Here is a post that I made in one of the 'Groups' in the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum ...
[ Back in February this year ... ]
'𝐒𝐞𝐞' 𝐚 "𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭", 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐋𝐋 (𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑) 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬/𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐬 "𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠", 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐞 "𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰"
I hope this helps.

Brett:
Thanks for the quick response. Someone needs to update the Help/Updates instruction to let people know to switch from View All Changes to View Person. In the All Changes view, you can click on your list of "People I'm Following" and you still won't get the dots.

So, I have 777 people I am following. When I generate the list following the instructions, I now have visibility of the 3 dots. However, I can only see the popup menu from the 3 dots for the first 50 people in my list. As soon as I hit the 51st person, clicking on the dots turns the circle around the dots blue and then nothing happens.
I thought perhaps I just needed to give the system time to populate everything, so I walked away for 10 minutes. That made no difference. I can still click on the dots for any of the first 50 names and get the popup, but not for 51 through 777.
Thanks!

It is a relatively NEW Feature.
Give 'FamilySearch" time.
They ONLY just now sent out the "What's New" update.
I do not even think that there is a "Knowledge Article" on the NEW Feature yet.
I tried a very quick 'search' in the "Help Centre"; but, did not easily come across any article.
As I said ... we need to give 'FamilySearch' some time to catch-up ...
[ "Knowledge Articles" often appear some time well AFTER new features are released ... ]

It would be really helpful if they used programming and project management best practices to beta test and create knowledge articles BEFORE they release something new.
It would reduce the number of posts to this community as well as user frustration.

Regarding the "List(s)"
I ONLY follow 1,193 ...
.
When I look at my list of "Changes to People I Am Following" [ with the Three (x3) Dots ] ...
[ Where ... Show ... My Changes ... is NOT enabled (as I DO NOT want to 'see' my changes ... ]
That list is a VERY Long list, well beyond x50.
The TOP area is those that where the there have been "Changes" (by OTHER Users/Patrons) ...
The BULK of the area are those where there have been NO "Changes".
.
Whereas ...
When I look at my list of "People I'm Following" [ with NOT "Dots" ] ...
[ where you get that "Pop-Up" (or, "Modle") 'Widow' ... ]
Again, that list is ALSO a VERY Long list, well beyond x50.
But, the ONLY options are to, either, "Unfollow"; and/or, "Label".

As to ...

Please DO NOT bother to go there ...
.
Plus ...
You need to be aware or remember that ...
▬ 'FamilySearch' was ORIGINALLY 'Created' by the Church for Members of the Church
▬ 'FamilySearch' was LATER made available to ALL
▬ The Church is NOT a "For Profit" Company of Business
▬ There are many 'competing priorities' in "Family Tree" (and, the OTHER 'Parts') of 'FamilySearch'
▬ There are 'limited' funds and resources available to 'FamilySearch'
.
"Knowledge Articles" DO get there, eventually ...
.
As, to "Beta" 'Testing'; and, "Focus Groups", etc ... don't bother ... we have all been there ...
.

Are you telling me not to "go there" on these issues because you have already tried and not been able to influence these types of process improvements or because we shouldn't have the expectation of quality over speed from a free tool?

Sheryl,
I'm following 782 people and when I scroll to the very end of the list and click on the three dots for that last person, everything works just fine:
There are several possibilities:
1) The programmers received notice of your comment, found the problem and fixed it. You should try this again and see if things work fine for you again.
2) The specific combination of your device, operating system, and browser is causing the problem. If this function is still not working you should post the specific details of your setup so the programmers can try to reproduce your problem. Bugs that they can't observe can be impossible to fix.
3) Sometimes when new features are released, having outdated cookies can cause all sorts of problems. Try going into your browser settings and deleting all FamilySearch cookies then see if things work properly.
Regarding "programming and project management best practices to beta test and create knowledge articles," after watching the development of FamilySearch and gathering hints of how things work there over the past years, my impression is that they are very professional and competent in their development, testing and release of programming changes. Most changes show up on beta.familysearch.org for months before they do on the actual website for anyone to test out and send in comments about. When new features are released they are often released to just three to five percent of users for final live testing. I have also seen them be very responsive to reports of bugs and they do tend to get them fixed in a reasonable timespan. I will agree, however, that the help center can get woefully behind what the website actually does and sometimes does not explain very well some of the fine details needed to get things to actually work.

I can now see the popup up to person 100, so better than before. Above 100, the circle turns blue but no popup.
I cleared my cookies and history yesterday.
I'm using a Dell Inspiron 5000 series with i-7 processor, 12 GB ram, 64-bit operating system, Windows 10 Home, and browsing with Chrome (current build and up-to-date). Xfinity internet with good speed test results, so wifi is not an issue.
Let me know if I can provide anything further to help resolve the issue.

I know that this all started; as to, the "Three (x3) Dots" ...
But ...
That said ...
There seems to be, some confusion; and, 'crossed-wires' ...
I am just throwing this out there ...
There is "Following" (ie. previously "Watching"), those that we "Follow" (ie. previously "Watch") ...
And, there is a "List" of "Changes to People I Am Following" ...
But, that "List" of "Changes to People I Am Following" seems to be broken down even further ...
And, that "List" can be "Viewed", either, WITH; or, WITHOUT, the "Changes", that we OURSELVES make.
Just to be clear ...
I am NOT "Showing" the "Changes" that I make, in these "Lists" ...
[ As, doing so, with; or, without, the "Changes" that I make, only makes the LONG "Lists" a little shorter ...]
There are two (x2), specific; and, different, parts (or, "Lists") to those that we "Follow" ...
.
The FIRST, is the part, being a "List", for "ALL "Changes", to the "People" we "Follow" ...
This FIRST "List" identifies what changes have been made, either, in the last x60 Days; or, up to x4,000 changes. [ It can take up to 15 minutes for recent changes to be reflected on that list ]
OR, so we are told ...
For 'Me', this list goes back to "Changes" made up until "19 February 2021", this year, past the x60 Days; or, up to x4,000 changes, far too many individuals/persons to count ...
.
Whereas ...
.
The SECOND, is the part, being a "List", for "People" we "Follow", which seems to ALSO include, "Changes" to the "People" we "Follow" ... BUT, this is the "List", that has the "Three (x3) Dots".
This SECOND "List" seem to be somewhat DIFFERENT, to that in the FIRST "List".
This list initially has the individuals/persons with "Changes", towards the top of the list; but, the bulk/majority of the list has individuals/persons WITHOUT any "Changes"; and, goes ALL the way back to "28 August 2019" (the last individual/person is one who I worked on), again, way WELL past the x60 Days; or, up to x4,000 changes, far too many individuals/persons to count ...
.
There are two (x2) "Knowledge Articles" in 'FamilySearch" that indicate that:
Quote
------------------
Your following list identifies what changes have been made in the last 60 days—or up to 4,000 changes.
It can take up to 15 minutes for recent changes to be reflected on this list.
------------------
But ...
As indicated ...
BOTH, my above "Lists", seem to go well beyond the, x60 Days; and/or, x4000 Changes!!!???
Perhaps, there has been a CHANGE; and, the "Knowledge Articles" have NOT caught-up!!!???
.
The whole point of my comment being ...
I DO NOT know WHY, you are 'seeing', what you are 'seeing' ...
I 'see' a lot more that just, x50; or, even, x100, individuals/persons in, BOTH, of those "Lists" ...
And, I use the latest versions of, 'Google' "Chrome"; and, 'Microsoft' "Windows 10" ...
Plus, I have NOT, "Cleared"/"Cleaned", my "Cache" of, "Cookies"; or, the "Browsing History", for ages ...
Your situation seems to be odd, to say the least ...
Brett
