What should I be typing in a field that shows no info? Is it "BLANK"?

    You don't type the word blank. Use the keys for marking the field blank. When the field should be <blank>, you would use Ctrl + B (on a PC), Cmd + B (on a MAC), or the 1st x icon to mark the field blank. Check your field helps (accessed by clicking on the purple question mark) and the Project Instructions for more information when and how to mark fields <blank>.
