    I know it's hard to make out handwriting but if you can't find a translator, try Google Translate. Also here's some tips from FamilySearch https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Lithuania_%22How_to%22_Guides where they discuss making out the handwriting. It also leads me to believe your records are in Russian and the last thing to try is a Russian dictionary which you can probably check out of your public library.

    Hi, Nathan, Deborah provided a good resource, I am not sure if you were still needing help with your Lithuanian language, but another place to check is the groups on Community there is one group called Russian Empire Genealogy Research. Wishing you great success with your genealogy work.
