This batch has 3 images, each image has 2 images with information to be entered. The problem is the template has 56 entries. This required me to mark all those entries each with 45+ sections to fill with BLANK. I have returned these batches because of the time required to mark all those 54 entries with 45 sections BLANK. Can someone delete the extra 54 entries on these batches template?

Hello Stacy Lynn. The project is preset with 56 entries per image. You index the information from the images and then must delete the unused entries in order for the batch to submit. To delete the unused entries, click on the Trash Can icon, select "all blank entries", click delete. You do not mark the unused entries blank.

    The project instructions tell us:

    • Images may show more than 1 record. You may need to add or delete entries in the data entry area to index all of the records on a document or remove unused entries.

To read more about this, look under the General Indexing Guidelines for the link: Number of Entries Per Image.
