Hi
Image 3 is identical to Image 2 except that there is an overlay. Check if there is any useful info from the overlay. If so, add it to the data for Image 2.
Then, go back to the Images section and mark Image 3 as "No - Duplicate Image". That should then allow you to submit the batch.
Hope this helps

When there is an overlay, Image 3 is NOT identical to Image 2. Since the overlay is a stand-alone consent form and not being indexed, then Image 3 should be marked as No, No Extractable Data.
We only mark an image as a Duplicate Image if it is an EXACT photographic duplicate of the previous image.
On Images 1 and 2, you need to index the right side of the image as there are two marriage certificates on each image. Also, you won't include USA in the place names. Even though we know these locations are in the United States, we don't include the country unless requested to do so. Example 2 in the Project Instructions should be helpful in seeing how these are indexed.
If you need more entry forms to index all the information, then you add them by clicking on Create Entry or with the + icon on the toolbar. If there are too many entries (like if a image only had 1 marriage certificate and the project was preset to 2 entry forms) then you use the trash can icon to delete the unused entries.

Melissa,
Thanks for responding this question with more accurate instructions about the overlay.
