Under most names there is another name any idea what the name refers to . I did think it was a maiden name but doesnt make much sense is it a sponser or person who paid for the burial any suggestions please

I wonder if the name is the undertaker or gravedigger as there is very often an amount of money in the right-hand column associated with the name.
