I am indexing the above assignment. I have a whole page of persons to index that start with: Sister Mary Josephine, Sister Mary Stella, ect. How do I index those (There are about 200). It asks for: Surname, Given Name, and Prefix. What names go where?

Thank you!

    Hi Dana Lynn.

Since this project has a field for Prefixes, I would index these names as

    Prefix: Sister

    Given Name: Mary Sophia

If there wasn't a prefix field, these nuns would be indexed as

    Given Name: Sister Mary Sophia

Here is a help article on indexing names of Catholic Nuns and Fathers. https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-index-the-names-of-catholic-nuns-and-fathers

We aren't supposed to post screen shots of the projects, but rather share the batches. To share a batch, click on the third icon from the right and follow the instructions or copy and paste the URL.
