Here is the link for the FHC Technical page. The links for the meetings are just below the Header in the right-hand column. You will probably need to sign in to both FamilySearch.org and the Community to access the page.

I am working with a family in FamilySearch with the last name "Niece" The computer has blocked their Temple work because it thinks the name is a relationship. His name is: William Sylvan Niece
16 December 1878 – 27 June 1953 • L1B6-KQJ He has a wife and at least 4 children, I have found. 1 son and 3 daughters. They all need Temple work done. Please unblock them.

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
FYI
Unfortunately ...
There are certain "Words", when used in the "Name" Field, of an individual/person, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', that evoke the, "Needs More Information"; and, contact 'FamilySearch'.
Individuals/Persons, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', whose "Name" Field, contain these certain "Words", need to be investigated by 'FamilySearch', prior to "Temple" Work being undertaken, to ensure that these certain "Words" are actually part of the individual's/person's "Name", rather than the contextual use of the "Words".
"Niece", is one of those certain "Words"; as, contextually, that can also mean:
Noun: a daughter of one's brother or sister, or of one's brother-in-law or sister-in-law.
Here is a "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch":
What words and abbreviations cause "Needs more information" to appear?
Now ...
As such ...
Hopefully, a "Moderator" [ ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel) ], in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, can use, this 'Comment' of yours, in this particular post, to communicate with (ie. contact) you directly through 'Messaging' in 'FamilySearch' (or, by direct, E-mail), to take this matter, into the working of 'FamilySearch' "Support".
Alternatively ...
Just in case ...
I would humbly suggest that you consider resubmitting the above post (ie. 'Comment') of yours, as a separate 'Question', under the 'Category' of "Temple", in the "Q and A" Section, of this "Community.FamilySearch' Forum, that way "Moderators" [ ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" (personnel) ] WILL deal directly with your separate 'Question'.
Here is the link to the 'Category' of "Temple", in the "Q and A" Section, of this Forum:
"Q and A" Section
'Category' = "Temple"

Good Luck.
I hope this helps.

I have removed your personal email and phone from your question because this is a public site and we want to protect your privacy.
Regarding your question with the family that has the last name of Niece. Would your repost that in the Temple Category of the community. They will be the one to address that issue.
Thank you for contacting FamilySearch. It has been a pleasure helping you. Best wishes as you continue finding records for your family.
