I'm reviewing this record. The mother's maiden name is hard to read. Maybe Pactterya or Poetterya ??

@GardnerBetteAnn1 we are sorry that you were unable to receive help in deciphering the name you were inquiring about. In these cases if you aren't able to get other opinions to help, you do the best you can and the person reviewing and looking at this batch will be able to agree or put what they feel is correct.

You will need to post a link for us to see the name.

@chantelroady - Part of the batch name includes the Batch Code - M3SC-XB2

in this case. If you go to the Web indexing page and click on the gear next to My Batches, you see that the second option is to “Open a Shared Batch.” If you paste the Batch Code there in the space provided and click Open, the effect is the same as clicking on a link, and the Shared Batch will open.

@GardnerBetteAnn1 I cannot open these Batches or I’d try to help. Maybe @Dellory Matthews can help.
