I skipped entry 3 out of 37 entries. Put #3 in #4 entry.Help! Please

I skipped entry 3 out of 37 entries. I put the info for #3 in #4 spot. What do I do?

    Hi Beverly. Consider joining the Indexing Chat Group

    The "Add Entries" icon in the middle of the horizontal toolbar will let you add one or more extra blank Entries where you want to. The trashcan icon next to it will let you delete entries. The one on the left below is what you need right now.
