is there a standard way to include education of ancester

    not particularly

    you could put it in Life Sketch

    or notes

    or even in a memories item that describes the person's educational accomplishments.

    Remember that there are also "Custom Facts" in the other information area if the information that you want to capture isn't event oriented

    Personally I would add it to a biographical sketch

     

    putting it as a custom fact just isolates the factoid by itself. I would prefer to see it as part of a holistic biographical sketch that I can copy and paste to wherever I need.

     

    But thats just me.

    Hi Laura,

    You can enter an ancestors education under Other Information. Select Add Information, then Custom Event and enter his education there. There is not a Standard Event or Fact field.
