Hi Edward,
You could contact Arlington Memorial Gardens, 2145 Compton Rd, Cincinatti, OH 513-521-7003 to see if they have the record. Like you, I could not find her in the on-line listings of persons buried there.
Hope this helps some, Carol

What exactly are you looking for when you say "the record"
Findagrave - is a great tool - but it is by no means an "official record".
ANYONE - can go in and create a Findagrave record - if you say you know where he is buried then YOU, yourself, can go in to Findagrave and create a memorial entry - or I could do it for you - if you wanted. But that doesnt mean "its official"
but in the end - does it really matter? Depends what one means when they say "official" (from the perspective of whom??)
All of the records at Findagrave - are created by simple people just like you and me - and not by some official entity.

also a death certificate may include a reference to where the burial took place.
just goes back to the question - what are you really looking for . . . in "a record"

The cemetery where she is buried has a record.

Thank you, I didn’t realize I could create the record. I will try and do that.

The death certificate does not state her burial site
