    well kind of depends

if you know her name and or ID - you can navigate dirrectly her - via FIND

or if you BOOKMARK her profile page once you are on it - you again can go directy to her page via teh bookmark.

Is the assumption you know her name? Or is the assumption you simply want to go you the 10th generation but you dont know the name?

Keep in mind at the 10th generation you have over 1000 ancestors.

Thank you. I guess the best way would be just to use Find that is what I have been using. I wanted to be sure I have not missed anything new that has come out.

One quick way to do this is to Follow all your direct ancestors and any others you want to find quickly.

To do this, make sure the Following star is clicked on each person. A quick way to check for those direct lines is to go to your fan chart pedigree. Open it to seven generations then click in each box to check and if not following, click on the star to add the person to your list:

Then when you want to go to one of these people, go to your Following list and use the Search By Name box in the upper right to go directly to the person. Click on the name to open the summary card then jump to their Family Tree page:

If you want to be fancier, invest a bit more time and add labels to the people you are Following. Use the existing labels or create up to ten custom ones. Then you can open the option panel on right and use it to quickly find who you want:

I don't show the filter by label option.

Can you do a search by name?

I left out a couple of fine points. Sorry!

You only get the Filter By Label option after you have put a filter on at least one person.

Also, you only get the three vertical dot menu icon where you can put on labels if you have your list set to View By Person. It isn't there if it is set to View By Changes, at least in the Safari browser version of the website:

    The icon is here:

But not here:Screen Shot 2021-03-01 at 12.48.47 PM
