Is anyone else having difficulty printing Family Group Sheets?

When I select Print Family Group it refreshes the screen but does not print .
The last few days when I tried to print a family group sheet I received a message that said they could not print at this time.

you might try a different browser
it seems to work with me.
you also might try clearing your cache
note that what is actually happening is that it is generating a pdf file that you can then print if you wish. HOw does your computer react when you access other pdf files ?

Thanks. Changed browser. Just upgraded to Windows 10 something must have happened in the upgrade.
