Just; as, another User/Patron. like yourself ...
Being able to access (BYU) "RelativeFinder" mainly seems to depend on the "Volume" of "Traffic" (ie. the "Load", caused by other Users/Patrons) on it; or, if it being "Worked On" by the ("Students") Programmers/Engineers at BYU.
Another thing that can cause problems/issues is if there has been ANY Releases/Updates in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' by 'FamilySearch'.
Such, Releases/Updates, in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch', CAN impact on how (BYU) "RelativeFinder" interacts with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch', just like such impacts on ALL the OTHER 'Partner' Websites.
I have noticed, that of late, that (BYU) "RelativeFinder", it is "Extremely" SLOW; and, you have to keep re-login constantly - I am regularly adding members to a 'Group' that I manage.
I am from "Downunder"; and, always have problems/issues with (BYU) "RelativeFinder", when User/Patrons from the USA are more likely to be using it (ie. "Heavy" traffic); or, being "Worked On" by the ("Students") Programmers/Engineers at BYU.
We just need to be patient.
BOTH, "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'; and, (BYU) "RelativeFinder", are FREE Websites, maintained by/through the Church.
When they are working well together, they are a 'Blessing'.
But, when, one or the other; or, both, are, "Down"; or, "Running Slow", that is the ONLY 'Time' that us Users/Patrons really NOTICE it. We certainly DO NOT 'Notice' (or, I hate to say it, 'Complain'), when they are working just fine.
Just keep trying ...

I have just come, to were we are staying, to work in (BYU) "RelativeFinder", to work on one of the 'Groups' that I manage; and, I get this ...
NOTHING works ...
Normally, instead of WAITING for My "Ancestral" lines (ie. Pedigree/Tree) to "Download", I just go, "Groups"; and, then, down to "Manage", to get to one of the 'Groups' I want ...
That said ...
Still NOTHING ...
And, the SAME goes for EVERTHING else ...
There MUST be a MAJOR, "Outage"; or, Problem/Issue, at;
Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah, USA (ie. the Church University)
"Family History Technology Laboratory", of the "Computer Science" Department
As, there is NO, "Banner"; and/or, "Message", that there is a Release/Update in progress.
Either that; or, the INTERFACE, between, 'FamilySearch'; and, (BYU) "RelativeFinder", is, BROKEN; or, DOWN, on EITHER End (or, BOTH).
Certainly NOT looking good.
(BYU) "RelativeFinder" just started Working again.
Haven't been able to get RF to load in 2 years. Can get to Groups, but not main list. Will not load.

As I stated in August, it's working just fine for me. I just now tried it out and every works as expected. So it is not a problem with the site.
What computer or device are you using? What operating system and version? What browser and version? Have you cleared your browser's history, cache, and cookies?
