Wrong language

I have had 2 questions saying that the session they selected one in Italian and one in French even though English is selected. I told them to click on the headphone icon and select English. One answered back and said that he did and it was in English. Any suggestions

I was set to Portuguese and suddenly it switched to something that sounded like Chinese to me. I refreshed the page and it cleared out to me.
