What is the military unit for this image?

US, Iowa—Military Discharge Records, 1862–1976[MSR9-3HS] The first image I'm not sure of what the military unit would be. Please let me know if I have indexed this correctly. Thank you.

    The entry you made is for the rank and classification of the person involved. The only "unit" mentioned is the US Naval Reserve (USNR) but the actual unit is not listed anywhere on the document.
