In the province of Gelderland in the quarter of Zutphen, government of Ruurlo
Extract from the death register entered by the secretary of that place (Ruurlo)
On the 17th of May 1803, the wife of Hendrix Bemer died at “den Teggenhof”
According to previous yearly register.
27 February 1816 Mayor T.A.Luijtjes
(declares at this time that there was no naam for the wife and an erratum on Hendrik’s name)
I declare that the name of the wife of Hendrix Vruink (not Bremer) was Gerritdena Arentzen (which means her father likely had the first name Arent. (Patronymic).

The main reason i wrote 'Peggenhof' and not 'Teggenhof' , is because The "Peggenhof" and the location 'Bemer' are known locations in Ruurlo.Even the junction at the point of split with Bemer
and Peggenhof is known as,...either the Bemer junction or the Peggenhof/Bemer junction.
Both locations were are known homestead's at the same road.

Please use control F to locate either Bemer, or Peggenhof,on the page, and if interested , translate the body of it via google translate.
The main reason that i used Arendzoon instead of Arentsen, was to denote the meaning behind the name, ..and because Arentsen& Arendzoon are both used in Ruurlo(Reurle) even in the same family's.But you are correct, I should have written Arentsen. Arendzoon is 'son of an eagle btw).
My mother was Dutch, and I know the location,so i have to insist.
hmmm, The declaration, the assumption, the assertation---it catched my eye on the certificate, as it was a strange annotation to make on such a document; But the mayor also indicates to say the 'Bemer' is a locality, as did the declaration made by the wife, and was indicated by me because i used Peggenhof as location.I knew, the mayor knew, the wife knew, and asserted.
I left it at that specific induction , but flagged it as remarkable for Kevin.
Apparently that was enough for Kevin to understand, as he coined to have gained new insights.
-Garrildena/Gerritdena; initally i have doubted about using Gerrit as given name, but i went back to the document several times, and my eye kept reading Garrildena,I cannot read it as Gerrit.I'm not a specialist.
