less clicking and more images towards one batch

Example the US Michigan Manifests of Arrivals comes up with one image and have to delete 19 images (more clicking) due to only having one image. Also, if it just list the names, do we delete or index? That would be great if we can have a batch with more than one image with less clicking. Thank you!
