Kevin Kelly said: Hi, my biggest problem is that I am trying to access the Franklin Co,Va land deeds. I cannot find them on your website. It appears that when you discontinued microfilm rentals, & attempting to digitize the same, your system failed me. After using your FHC for decades, I have been let down. This is a fairly recent change in behavior which creates many, many misunderstandings, and doubtless causes thousands of people to give up on records that they could be accessing on FamilySearch.

Help spread the word: when the FS catalog shows you a key or microfilm reel, do NOT believe it. It may very well be lying to you, if you're not currently logged in.
