    .

This is very quick and easy ...

    .

As you are "Living" you will NOT appear in 'Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.

    .

And, if your Parents are still "Living" then they will also NOT appear in 'Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.

    .

Plus, if your Grandparents are still "Living" then they will also NOT appear in 'Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.

    .

IF, your Great Grandfather is "Deceased"; THEN, you will have to add ALL the "Living" Family members between you and him (plus, any "Deceased" ones).

    .

You; and, any "Living" Family members that you add to "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' CANNOT be seen by ANY Other Users/Patrons - that includes IMMEDIATE Family members - as they are "Private" (to you alone).

    .

You; and, any "Living" Family members that you add to "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' reside in Your "Private Spaces" in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.

    .

ONLY "Deceased" individuals/person are "Public"; and, can be seen by ALL Users/Patrons in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'

    .

As I said, very quick and easy ...

It is a lot more complicated than that ...

    .

    I hope this helps.

    .
