Why are some parish records of Northumberland, England not available but others are?

When I go to the actual waypoints designated for Northumberland, England parish records, it is missing places of parishes like Warkworth (I imagine) and those are the images that are not available to show.
Image for this record is available because it is from Shilbottle:

Image for this record is not available because it is from Warkworth: (and I am not entirely sure that the date of marriage is correct but cannot check the image)

Is the reason because some of these parishes are not allowing the images to be shown? And if so, how can we change that? lol. They were obviously indexed by volunteers on FamilySearch, so the capabilities are there.

Paul said: This has happened to the Norfolk parish register collection, too. Parishes that previously had images available to view suddenly disappeared from the list. This was confirmed by my no longer being able to view images I had attached to my relatives' Family Tree IDs.
As explained, this is almost certainly due to individual parishes having control over the availability of their records. Some parish ministers / priests may simply be hostile towards the LDS Church, or for other reasons just not want their records to be viewed online.2

A van Helsdingen said: Without having looked into the records you have mentioned in much detail, I can say that individual churches sometimes still own their records (even if the records are stored in a central archive), and an individual church minister or congregation can refuse permission for their records to be digitized by FS and made available to home computers or non-LDS users. Thus you can see different access arrangements for different parishes.0
