In the New IDEAS Forum there DOES NOT seem to be the ability to OPEN an, "Idea"; or, "Praise", in a NEW 'Tab' or 'Window', the ONLY option appears to be the ability to OPEN in the SAME 'Tab' or 'Window'.

I would suggest that the the New IDEAS Forum SHOULD have (ie. NEEDS) the ability to OPEN an, "Idea"; or, "Praise", in a NEW 'Tab' or 'Window', rather than in the SAME 'Tab' or 'Window'.
