I suggest trying again. If that doesn't work, post to this forum the operating system, web browser you are using, whether you're using a LDS account, and the country you are in to help the engineers determine if there is a technical issue.

If there is no technical issue, then you'll need to contact the record owner and ask if they can remove the restriction. Note that the Catholic church is often very reluctant to make their records available on FamilySearch.
