Page down arrow does not work while in "Memories" viewing a record.

Tom Huber said: Microsoft's new Edge browser now uses the same base as Chrome. It was recently updated on Windows 10, so it is not surprising that you are seeing the same problem in both.

Check to see if the problem exists with Firefox.

Guess they fixed it in Chrome. I left Chrome and went to Microsoft Edge.

However, my mouse wheel does scroll the entire page up and down, just as if I was working with the scroll bar.

If you do not have a mouse wheel, then that presents a problem.
