Please allow the "Re-Opening" of 'Support' Cases that are Over 6 Months of age.

I have 'Support' Cases that were NOT sufficiently "Actioned"; and, yet, "Closed".

Possibly, to get the 'Support' Case "OFF" the list of 'Support' Personnel.

Some 'Support' Cases take a long time to, action; and, resolve.

All too often 'Support' Cases were "Closed", to get them "Off" the 'Books'; but, they were never really addressed/fixed.

I DO NOT want to "Raise" a NEW 'Support' Case; even, just "Referencing" the OLD 'Support' Case, that was "Closed".

Even if the original 'Support' Personnel has moved on, the OLD 'Support' Case should be able to be "Re-Opened"; and, if necessary, go to another 'Support' Personnel, of the same "Level"; or, better still, a 'Supervisor' or 'Line Manage', for reallocation.

'Thank You' in advance.
