David Austin Linford said: There is an interesting problem that happened in my Sisters Family Search account and I was able to recreate it in my account when she shared the names with me from her Reserved Temple names.

Here's what happens. It happens to a few, but not all of the names on my Reserved list.

An ordinance appears like it has been printed by me with a green highlighted square. But I can't find the card so I want to reprint it. Which I normally can do, no problem. But when I select them to Reprint them the "Print" button is grayed out. So I can't reprint them because the print option never shows up. It looks like this:

In exploring how to fix this I shared the ordinance with the temple.

Upon sharing, it immediately changes from green, printed by me, to the gold/brown, printed by the temple, color. Like this:

So, this appears to be a bug. There are several possibilities on what is happening.

1. It was shared with and printed by the temple the whole time but was incorrectly displaying originally as printed by me.

2. It was actually printed by me, but for some reason, not reprintable by me and when I shared it with the temple it change to show as printed by the temple.

There are 2 possible sub options for #2.
2.a The temple actually has or will print this ordinance and it will get done.
2.b The temple has not printed it but it thinks it has and the ordinance will be in a kind of limbo and never get done.

3. Some problem that I have not thought of.

4. Not a problem, I just don't understand what's going on. Which kind of still seems like a problem.

Thanks, as always, for your help in advance.

If I recall, there was a situation a little ways back; where, our "Ordinances" 'Tab' indicated that certain (not all) "Ordinances" had been "Printed" (by one's-self); when, in fact, they had NOT been so "Printed".

I know; because, it happened to me; and, a Member I was helping.

I am not certain what the post(s) was/were; or, the outcome/resolve of that matter.

Perhaps, what you are experiencing is related to that other matter; or, it could be something entirely new.

It will certainly be interesting to find out what is going on.
