@Gloria Dobberfuhl1  Once you add at least their birth years, they should show in the correct order.

or if you dont have the specific birth year - you can enter an estimated birth year

    such as

"abt 1901" and at least enter the country - if no other place is known.

    .

Apart from what has already been proffered ...

    .

    Furthermore ...

    .

Short Answer: You CANNOT, unless you "Change"/"Correct" the 'Date' of "Birth".

    .

    In the "System"...

    "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' ...

Children, in a Family, are "Ordered" according their, 'Date' of "Birth".

    .

You cannot change that "Order", unless you make an update/correction to the 'Date' of "Birth", of one or more of the Children.

    .

    As an aside ...

    .

Unfortunately, for MULTIPLE (eg. Twins; Triplets; etc) "Births" (ie. Children who were Born on the same Day), you CANNOT change the "Order"; as, they already appear in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.

    .

And, for MULTIPLE "Births"; even if you know the actual 'Time' of "Birth" for each Child, you still CANNOT change the "Order"; as, they already appears in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' - BECAUSE, there is NO provision to input or recognise 'Time' (in the "System").

    .

As far as I am aware, MULTIPLE "Births" appear in the "order" that they were "Entered"/"Created" in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.

    .

I know that this may not help; but, I hope that this gives you some perspective.

    .

    Brett

. . . if no dates were entered at all (so far) for the children - the children would probably either be in random order or the order in which they were entered. (so as stated previously entering the birth dates (or estimates) - puts them in the corresponding order)

Or if typos were made when the dates were entered - it would cause the children to show out order - according to what you know - so also ensure birth dates are corfrect if they are entered.
