    Hello @GeorgeBland2 GeorgeBland2

Hmmm. I'm not sure why it says that.

I was able to get to Princess Diana and I could find her and make changes. GMYB-C87

I could also find Sacagawea LK7J-T3C and make changes.

Are you using a mobile app? I tried both on the Mobile app and I was able to find them.

Perhaps you need to delete the cookies on your computer. Or refresh the Mobile App.

I have to delete cookies frequently so all of FamilySearch loads. Sometimes with a lot of cookies, the website will drop off some things. Like what you mentioned.

I hope that works. Article in FamilySearch Help Center. ? on the upper right.

Let me know if this works.

    Antra

Thanks for getting in touch @Anitra Whittle, but that is not my problem, what I am referring to is on this page https://www.familysearch.org/discovery/famousrelatives where I click the profile I always run into the error.

I have been using Family Search for more than ten years, after the latest updates I often get the following error message after starting the search:

Oops, an error occurred. Please refresh the page!

    obsession:

Oops, something went wrong. please refresh the page.

After the update, it goes into an endless cycle, I get the previous error message again.

    I tried the following fixes:

    • Delete cookies

    • Delete cache

    • Use another browser instead of Chrome

    • Connecting to another internet

    • Using another computer

    • Telephone search

    • Search in another country, not in Hungary

    • Registration for Family Search with a new username

Unfortunately, after every attempt, the error messages and the endless cycle came again.

    What to do?

See L5XN-6LV. This finally provides me with good reasons for making certain profiles read-only!

I was never a follower, but I do wish they'd let her R.I.P.

@Jszeman are your seeing these errors when you try to view a famous relative or is this occurring in general?
