Birth record question

The 1762 birth for Dorthe Larsdatter seems to indicate in the far right column that the baby died. However, I not only do not see another birth record for the Dorthe Larsdatter, born about 1761, but I also do not see a death/burial record for this child. Am I reading the record correctly?

Sneum , Ribe, Denmark p. 10 (https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/en/billedviser?epid=17126544#169472,28458748). Thank you!Dorthe birth

@DebbieRose DebbieRose You are correct in that it does say dead (død) in the far-right column. This does not necessarily mean that she died shortly after birth/christening, it could simply have been that particular priest's way of marking that one of his parishioners passed away (in addition to a burial record), so Dorte might have died many years later. Each priest had their own way of recording the info, and I have seen this done in a few other records.

That's the answer I was hoping for. 😀 Thank you!
