Unfortunately records from Bosnia and Herzegovina are still mostly onsite, so you would need to write the parish priest or send an onsite researcher. Records exist, but researchers often have difficulty getting permission to access them. The only records at FamilySearch are from Austrian army parishes and I am not aware of any other digitized records for the country. Civil records weren't kept until 1946, so you will be looking for church records. You will need to know the religion of the person you are looking for.
