Computers connected to Digital Imaging equipment that do not properly upgrade to Windows10 may remain if they are disconnected from the network. We currently do not support the Digital Imaging systems in Family History Centers since the introduction of the Lexmark printer/scanners have been provided as the standard and supported means of scanning documents in Family History Centers. These printers provide full-color scanning both to Family Search and to USB and are provided free to all centers in North America.0
