Our two new machines got automatically upgraded. The remaining five 9010 machines did not. One of those five supports our Digital imager. I'm seeing conflicting posts about the 9010. How do I get the upgrade to take?

    Dell 9010 computers are on the remove from the center list. Computers connected to Digital Imaging equipment that do not properly upgrade to Windows10 may remain if they are disconnected from the network. We currently do not support the Digital Imaging systems in Family History Centers since the introduction of the Lexmark printer/scanners have been provided as the standard and supported means of scanning documents in Family History Centers. These printers provide full-color scanning both to Family Search and to USB and are provided free to all centers in North America.

    @MMacDonald MMacDonald

    .

    FYI

    .

    You have not indicated where you "Family History Centre" (FHC) is located ...

    .

    As such ...

    .

    As I suspect; and, just in case your FHC is located in "North America" ...

    .

    I am "Tagging" this (General) 'Question' of yours, in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, to two (x2) specific (Private) 'Groups' being:

    (1) "Family History Centre Consultants"; and,

    (2) "FHC Technical Support (North America)",

    in the Forum; so that, the members of that group can better answer/assist you.
