She stated that yesterday at 10 o'clock in the morning Rosalie Goossens, seamstress, age 21, born in Mouscron, residing in Bruges, in Ganzestraat, daughter of Petrus Judocus Goossens, and Rosalia Delvaux, gave birth in the nunciaste in house E13 no. 57, to a child of the male gender, which she showed to us and she declared to give it the first names of Isidore Auguste Joseph.

Witnesses: Petrus Seynaeve, weaver, age 60, and, Petrus Vervaete, painter, 60, residing in Bruges.
