I can't figure out the dopt date word. It would be between the 10 Oct and the 15 Nov.

I can't say for sure, but because of the dates before and after as well as the birth date of the child, I want to say that the date mentioned is Alla Helgonsdag or All Saints Day, Nov 1st.
