Tagging. 1. When tagging persons with the same name - is it wise to add their birth year to make arranging them easier?

QUESTION 1.

TAGGING - arranging does not seem to work if NOT TAGGED is used..

Here is the sequence FS - MEMORIES - GALLERY - MY ARCHIVE - arrange NOT TAGGED. I then open one of the fifty or so files that is displayed. I then make sure there are tags on it, and that they have been correctly Saved. When I next open the My Archives, Not Tagged - the ones I have "fixed" and have tags are still display as having NOT TAGGED!

QUESTION 2

When tagging persons with the same name - is it wise to add their birth year to make arranging them easier?

    Hi, once again ...

[ I have responded to some your previous posts ... ]

    .

You have been posting in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum since 6Oct2020.

[ Now, I can 'say' it ... Last Year ]

    .

You should be aware by now, that most of the interactions, in this Forum, are done via non-verbal communications (ie. "Text" in, 'Posts'; and/or, 'Messages').

    .

We CANNOT 'see' another User's/Patron's "Telephone" number; so, we can hardly contact them by telephone.

    .

Your situation is not unique; and, is certainly NOT a hinderance within this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    .

    Now ...

    That said ...

    .

    Just to be clear ...

    .

    Question(s):

Are you referring to, "Tagging", to IDENTIFY, an individual/person in a MEMORY?

Or, are you referring to, "TOPIC Tagging", in a MEMORY?

    .

As, they are two separate and distinctly different things ...

    .

    Please advise ...

    .

    Brett
