That's not much information to go on.
This is an adoption board. Who was adopted? You, the brother, or your father?
Is your father still living? If so, what info has he given you?
Any information at all on the mother? Is her surname Georges or is that your father's surname?
Any idea on the estimated date of birth? (is he younger or older than you)?
Do you think he was born in TX? If so, why?
You can look for everyone with the last name Georges in TX on whitepages.com

You could find him through DNA testing, if you have both been tested and have your results through the same company. For example, if you are tested through AncestryDNA and also upload your results to MyHeritage, and he tests through 23 & Me and uploads to MyHeritage.

Depending on his age, you may be able to find him through DNA matches with his children or grandchildren. I recommend that you get your DNA tested through AncestryDNA, then move your results to other companies sites, such as MyHeritage, GEDMATCH and FamilyTree DNA.

This is also a board for unknown parents. My grandfather was an orphan that was never adopted. I use this group to learn of new avenues for my research
