I am looking to obtain a copy of the East Carroll Parish "Suits, Bk. G. 1850-1854, pp 412-413. I believe the location is at the Family History Center in Utah.
How might I obtain a copy of this record?

I assume this East Carroll is the one in Louisiana, USA?
I looked at these records in the Catalog. They seem to be accessible (at least for non-Latter Day Saints) from only Affiliate Libraries and Family History Centers. There are no exceptions due to the pandemic. If the FHCs and libraries in your area are closed, then unfortunately there is no way (except for the online consultations at the FHL in Utah) to view these records on FamilySearch. The records may be available at other websites.
Where I live in New Zealand, the Affiliate Libraries are open because the pandemic is under control. If you would like me to look up a record or two for you, I am happy to do this if you send me the names, dates, page numbers etc involved.
