WHY IS IT THAT WHEN TRYING TO UPLOAD PHOTOGRAPHS TO MEMORIES - GALLERY, THEY APPEAR WITH "UPLOAD FAILED, TRY AGAIN LATER" THEY ARE ALL PNG OR JPG files. of between 659 kb or less.

There seems to be some sort of problem/issue with the loading of "Memories" ...

I posted some images in memories yesterday. They are not showing up so I uploaded some of them again and they showed up with "duplicate" over them. When I opened up the memories again, they are not showing again. Any suggestions?

Perhaps, there has been a NEW "Change" (ge. upgrade/release) to 'Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' that is causing such problems/issue; or, even, that there is a "Backlog" of "Images" that need "Vetting" before they can "Appear".

Can I humbly suggest that, if, you have not already done so; then, you consider making this suggestion of yours in the (Temporary) replacement to the OLD 'FamilySearch' ("GetSatisfaction") 'Feedback' Forum, being the (NEW) "IDEAS" Forum, which is currently part of this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

This 'Group' being "Family History Research", in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, is more about helping Users/Patrons collaborate, learn tips, and share resources with one another; as, the "Description" for that 'Group' implies, rather than as a 'Feedback' medium to 'FamilySearch'.

The (NEW) "IDEAS" Forum is MONITORED by "Official 'FamilySearch' Representatives" (eg. Product Managers; and, Engineers/Developers) responsible for the "Design" and "Development" of 'FamilySearch'.

I have also seen this and reported it to developers.

 

in my case it would fail to upload to an album

but then I would see that it had been loaded to the general gallery - just not loaded to the specific album I intended.
