Thru 23and ME, I found a half sister that I knew nothing about. My father was fooling around and got a lady pregnant. We moved. How do I add her to the chart? We have different mothers but the same father. She has only given me limited info, privacy.

    Hello @Joseph Camire

    Easy peasy.

Add her as a child of your father. Then if you know the mother's name add it.

So, click on your Father's Details page. Scroll down to the left side where it says Add Child on the Left Side. Then add your sibling to your Father, but not your mother. When it asks for a mother, if you have the name of the mother you can add it and her details.

If she is living, you put that in her person page. No one can see it, because she is living.

The Help Center can be a great help.

Here is information I found there:

A great source is Research Wiki. Sign into FamilySearch.org go to the Question Mark on the upper right, then in the dropdown box click on Help Center at the bottom of the dropdown. Then type in your question in the provided space. See below you can direct your question to different data bases.

    Enjoy,

    Anitra
